Good Jar for iOS

Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026

Overview

Good Jar is designed to help you track habits and motivate yourself with virtual rewards. Your privacy is important, so the app currently keeps its data on your device and does not require an account.

Data stored by Good Jar

Information you enter—including habit names and schedules, completion history, reward names, token values, and claim activity—is stored locally on your device so the app can provide its features.

Data collection and sharing

Good Jar does not currently operate a server, create user accounts, include advertising, use third-party analytics, track you across apps or websites, or transmit your habit and reward data to us or third parties.

Retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you remove it in Good Jar or delete the app. Deleting Good Jar removes its locally stored data. Good Jar does not currently provide cloud sync or an external account from which data must also be deleted.

Support communications

If you contact support by email, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond to your request and retain it only as reasonably needed to provide support or meet legal obligations. Your email provider also processes that communication under its own policies.

Children’s privacy

Good Jar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Good Jar evolves. We will post the current version here and update the effective date above. Material changes to data handling will also be reflected in the app and its App Store disclosures.
